Within the framework of the project “rádio d-cz” two exhibitions were created for Berlin and Prague which presented the developed works for radio in the historical and contemporary context of sound and acoustic art.

SOUNDS. RADIO – ART – NEW MUSIC
13.02.2010 – 28.03.2010, n.b.k., Berlin

The exhibition “Sounds. Radio – Art – New Music” presents radio as an artistic medium as a spatially tangible experience. Five works for radio created as part of Zipp’s radio art project “rádio d-cz” formed the starting point for the exhibition. These works represented the spectrum of radio art in five spatial settings: documentary feature, sound art, documentary fiction, intervention/performance and literary play. Between these five stations visitors can move like the needle of a station finder on a radio frequency – and discover other acoustic gems from 80 years of radio history.
