Nationalgalerie Prag. Born 1950 in Zlín, she studied architecture at the Technical University in Prague, aesthetics at the Charles University, the theory of architecture at the Research Institute of Theory and History of Architecture in Moscow. From 1985 curator of the Architecture Collection at the National Gallery in Prague, 1995–2004 lecturer of architecture history at the Faculty of Architecture at the Technical university in Liberec, in 2004-2006 lecturer of architecture history at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, from 1999 lecturer of the history and theory of architecture at the Prague Technical University. Researched, conceived, and organized several exhibitions on 20th-century Czech architecture in the National Gallery in Prague, while curator of the Czech participation at the International Exhibition of Architecture in Venice on three occasions. Extensive book publications include: Art criticism in architecture (1991), Prague architectural guide (1996), Prague interiors (2001), Stavební styly v Česku (2004), 20. století české architektury (2006), co-author of Architektura v proměnách tisíciletí (2005), Slavné pražské vily (2007). Since 1993 chair of the jury for the Stavba roku (“building of the year”).
